BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD - If you have insurance through QED, you have Blue Cross Blue Shield. Find specialty or primary care doctors in your area here.
GUARDIAN DENTAL AND VISION - If you have dental and vision insurance through QED, you have Guardian. You can register to find providers here.

COBRA - If you enrolled in QED’s health benefits, you are eligible to continue with your same coverage under (COBRA). The Department of Labor explains how COBRA works here.
